The actual staff are great, the location is great, the storage units are great. The trolleys the have to move your things from your vehicle to your storage locker are horrible. Also, be sure to pay on time, or read the fine print, if you pay late expect insanely high fees. Overall it was reasonable experience, but I would not recommend them to others for the horrible trolleys and the insane late fees. The staff are very very nice though, but they have very little say over the late charges set out by head office.
