There was an issue with the storage space I originally reserved not being available when I got there to store my things. It was not a pleasant experience, but it got resolved in a satisfactory way.
Do i have to open the door repeatedly to take things in the dock door was locked..

Great experience. Staff was excellent.
The man who helped me started by giving me the furthest storage unit that was upstairs until I asked for a closer 1. When we got to the unit the hinge was broke and there was trash everywhere inside.

I had a problem accessing my unit, as it has been locked due to late pmt fee, after i paid everything they lost the key for their lock, very unprofessional qnd money and time wasting process
U-Haul has always been good to me. When I came at 6 to pick up my, the guy who did my transactions was very helpful and friendly. He stayed on track even though they had a rude customer.

I talked w/ 3 u-haul employees who were not helpful prior to talking with a 4th employee who was incredibly helpful and professional. She let me know about the free storage unit & the others didn't.

Hey you call me about a storage that I have there but I didn’t rent any storage like 16 days ago a rent a truck but that is it and you charge 25 for cleaning and I never pay that before
