Lizbeth T | Overall ExperienceHad a rental unit for over 2 years at this particular location on Springboro Pike. Under the previous manager (a woman) almost every time I called the office they would never answer the telephone, instead all calls were forwarded to the Uhaul call center. As a result, I would have to drive 15 milles each direction (30 miles round trip) just so I could ask employees of the Springboro Pike Uhaul any questions that Ihad. This makes it VERY inconvenient for customers who do not live nearby. My low rating is due to the lack of proper customer service exhibited by the entire staff at the Uhaul staff under the prior manager ... it is not based upon the current manager. Please answer the telephone during business hours so customers do not have to drive 30 miles round trip just to ask questions about their rental unit. To be fair, I never really dealt with the new manager or current staff at the Springboro Pike location.
