The U-Haul facility was nice, unfortunately dealing with the one person Mia and her attitude with poor customer service skills or in her case, None! I do not appreciate being ignored, or being kept waiting on purpose when she’s done with the person who was there before me! Her non caring or maybe she doesn’t like working for your company, being sarcastic, condescending attitude! Maybe you can send her to a customer service training course with hands on experience, that she is so lacking! Maybe it’s because there is no one to go to but her? So there’s nothing we can do! Now we have to deal with her!! When I first rented my unit there were 2 nice young men with a manager who took care of the office and customers! Was never treated badly! 5-6 years later I have to deal with one young woman who has attitude! Just not right! I will never ever go to your office or send anyone there! Until you can see if someone who had customer service experience replaces Mia! Or she can be put through training to learn that hard skill she doesn’t have! Can’t dispute with the only person there that was the issue and problem! That’s what happens when you give a person all that authority!
