Moved my things in the unit on February 25th. Things were out by March 28th. Most of my stuff has water damage. My drawers and all of my comforters that were thrown over totes etc. said something about the storage nothing happened. If you don’t want water damage or anything do use this facility. Then I received a message today stating I moved out on May 5th. Incorrect do they check voicemails or answer the door at that place?

Chasity S | Overall ExperienceWorst experience ever! For one I paid for insurance and dude try act like I didn’t just hand him the money and mark no on my paperwork. Had to correct him really quick. Was told I was in storage 358. Get there there’s belongings still in it. Get told to go to 237. Started unloading just to be told by a gentleman I was loading things in his unit he paid for 3 weeks ago! Then go top it off the MANAGER tell the guy let her have it I have a better one for you anyways. As if I hadn’t just complained to him about all of the nail sticking out of the wood and the boards dang near falling down. Safe to say I will only do businesses with uhual only and not anyone contracted to them!

Neil W | Overall ExperienceWent to get my storage unit on the date I was told and waited for over 45 minutes for someone to show up in the office. They had a sign that said out for lunch from 1-2, but were not answering any calls or knocks when I got there at 12. I called multiple times and got hung up on and declined. There were also 3 other people waiting who said they had been there for 20 minutes before me. I ended up leaving and cancelling my reservation.

HUGH D | ReservationHighly upset and would never use, I wouldnt store my articles for free at this facility. I was never told of the rodent issue, until after I removed my stuff, saw a majority of everything was destroyed, & called about the problem.. Heavy smell of urine, lots of fecal matter, almost everything ruined/chewed through & enough RAID smell saturation to kill a horse. At this point, I paid to have my stuff destroyed & when I tried to discuss this issue with Anthony, he said he "though I got rid of the mice & I offered you insurance". If I knew there was a mice problem I wouldn't have even left my stuff. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY EXPERIENCE, MY ARTICLES SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND AS LEFT, CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW IF THERE'S A RODENT PROBLEM EXISTING & furthermore, employees should do their full job instead of just collecting money & having a attitude when a CUSTOMER has an issue. I would never recommend, but I will be reporting about this situation at U stor it 2
