PAULA C | Overall ExperienceCustomer service is awesome. The staff was always friendly. I usually paid the rental fee by drop box and my receipts were always emailed to me very promptly. When I moved out of the facility before I could call during business hours to let them know that my unit was empty a receipt had already been emailed to me verifying that I had moved out. I was very impressed with how on top of things the staff was. If I ever need to rent another storage unit again, I will definitely be back.

MICHAEL C | Overall ExperienceOffice is only open half a day, property is poorly maintained except for front lawn, inside driveways have huge ruts and pot holes. Recently front gate was left open and property unsecured for months due to broken front gate. Grass and weeds grow in rutted and pothole un maintained gravel parking area and lawn mowers spray outside storage vehicles with grass, mud and rocks damaging property.
