YILITHA S | Overall ExperienceI attempted to close the unit when i moved and didn’t need it anymore and was told i couldn’t close it. That i had to keep up with the monthly payments. Even though It was not in use. Contacted them multiple times because maybe that person was misinformed. Didn’t get through got hung up on multiple times. Ridiculous, now I’m being charged multiple fees because they wouldn’t allow me to close my unit. Tried to close mid October it is now February.
