Edith M | Overall ExperienceI called the office on Friday 5/28/21 to let them know I was moved out but my padlock was still on the door so I could come back and sweep out the unit, however when I went back on Sunday, 5/30/21, my padlock had been cut and the unit had another lock on it. What if I wanted to keep my padlock that cost me quite a bit of $$? Also, there was a lot of mouse droppings on my containers. Is this normal? Otherwise, I have been very satisfied with the service. Thank you.
SHARON M | Overall ExperienceAfter hurricane for 3 months the facility did not have a front gate. Water got into my unit and I was told by the staff that I was mistaken even after showing proof. My unit was “climate controlled” but all of my bends and wood furniture had mold growing on it.
