I was the primary person using this storage. Day one. Closed at 3:11. I had to put the truck loaded in a semi-secure place. That also caused me to hire a crew the next day to unload. I was told by Uhaul that I qualified for 1 month free. We were told the next day upon arrival again, they do not honor that. I was in a pinch and had no other choice. I only used the storage until we found an apartment. I am dissatisfied that the cost to hire a new crew, gas back to Lacey and another day of exhaustion and inconvenience wasn't considered when I discussed this with Larry. He was kind, but said Ryan said we would only get the deposit back. That location is not a place I will refer to. I believe the funds should be credited back. From day one I was misinformed and closed. I should not have to chase any manager down. They know I'm not satisfied. If I were the Manager, I would call the customer right away.
