The staff were very friendly and Kim was amazing!!! She ensured I received what I needed and took into consideration my safety if I was coming after hours. I appreciated her attentiveness, care and the human side she gave to her work…….Thank you so much Kim!!

Staff were could not mind their own business, making comments about my electric bike, telling me I should have insurance on them. Ask me what happens if I run somebody over or get a bike accident. Talking about me in the room, as if I wasn’t there in front of customers, such as they think their motorcycles and actually I don’t think their motorcycles. I know it’s an electric bike.Service is poor. I’m from Ontario where people mind their own business. NOVA SCOTIA people seem to have an opinion on everybody worry about what other people are doing. It’s crazy.

I was never provided a contract, every time I went into the office - wait time was 1 - 2 hr, had difficulty in changing contact information (in person and over the phone), frequently would have to call to get monthly invoices even though my email had not changed. Reaching someone over the phone was relatively easy, only bonus. This unit has been a thorn in my side from day one.
leah l | Overall ExperienceI was pretty frustrated to find the unit was up a flight of stairs with no elevator. The ad for the unit said “drive up”, which gave the impression that we could drive up to the unit and unload the heavy furniture we are storing. Now we’ll need to carry it all up a flight of stairs. I would not have chosen this particular unit had I known that was the case. There was no lock in the unit as advertised, but the friendly staff were able to assist. The rest of the facility was clean and the carts were very helpful, just wish the particular unit was described better on the website.
