Colin the manager was extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with him. Access to the facility was good. Place nice and clean and well-lit. I would use them again.

Everything went well, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling good about the management of the facility and that someone would be able to assist if needed in future. We had heard staff can be nonexistent at some storage facilities which can be frustrating when you've got something time critical to attend to. We hope this great initial experience is the start of a good experience for the rest of our time renting a unit at Grandridge Safe Storage. Thank you!

We rented the climate controlled units, while more costly, was important because we stored our things during the hot summer! Access was easy and was properly secured with gates and cameras. Great place for storage!

Very pleasant and polite which is a lost art now days but he was very well mannered, informative and pleasant. You are very lucky to have such a great employee who shows a genuine interest and knowledge of all the aspects that are offered and patient when teaching me how each part works. I am going to be highly recommending this business to anyone and everyone who listens. The only thing I could suggest is the sign at the street entrance isn't all that easy to see fast enough to keep from a little too quick of a slow down and turn. But that's the only thing I saw and I am very picky especially when I want to be comfortable with my things being somewhere else, out of my view. If and when I need a storage unit again I will be calling here. No hesitation about it at all.
