We always had a good experience with Uhaul. Never an issue with anything. We used them multiple times for truck rentals and will again I'm sure.

Kari needs to be retrained on customer service as if it was her first day on the job. She doesn't represent the company well.
bonnie p | Online Move InThe Staff was by far the meanest, nastiest, and rudest encounter I’ve had in a long time. She was yelling and screaming in front of my child all over a miscommunication between another staff member and my friends, she told me to get off the property immediately as if I was doing something illegal. She threatened to revoke my agreement and keep my property. She truthfully refused to remain calm, professional and compassionate as if this was a personal vendetta against me instead of understanding the responsibilities of being in a Leadership position, Please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information and evidence of the allegations made by me & the people who witnessed this verbal assault and trauma against me.
