I had sent an email mid-March saying that I would not need the last month that I reserved the unit for and received a response from that manager saying that my request was received. However, I was still charged for the last month. When I called about 2 weeks ago, the person I talked to said they would let the manager know, but I haven’t heard anything or received a refund yet.

The unit I received had mouse poop , a dead mouse and smelled terrible ! But the staff was understanding and provided a refund.

Dilip L | Online Move InFor starters upon moving in my wife and I was greeted by a ton of dirty clothes, beer bottles, and cigarette remains. Which gives me the inclination that someone homeless may have turned that storage unit into their personal dwelling. The day after moving in, I started calling the facility to make them aware of our findings until this day no one has reached out to us about our concerns after several calls and email attempts. With that being said, we decided to move out and we will probably never use U-Haul storage again. Such a terrible experience.
