Around October 1st, my debit card was compromised. I couldn't remember who all was on the card for auto deducts. On October 11th, I called and spoke with Cathy around 2:00 pm stating I was going there and wanted to know when the gate closed. Cathy advised and said she was at a doctor's appt and would be at the office after 5:00 pm. I understood. When we arrived around 6:30 pm, we noticed a red lock on our door. Cathy is NEVER in her office and it was closed and locked. We called her initially and left a message on her voicemail. I called a second time and left another voice mail. We drove to her home and her dogs were barking loudly. Someone came out and my husband was talking over the dogs to advised to call Monica Clark (as Cathy wasn't there either). We drove to the storage unit and waited. I called again and this time Cathy answered. She advised she'll be at the office by 7:30 pm. She also said "I'm a little preterbed at the fact that my husband was screaming at her 12-year old daughter and that she had her 12-year old daughter walk to the storage unit to take off the red lock and that we can settle with her the next day. I didn't have a chance to respond when Cathy simply hung up the phone on me. By 10/29/22, we emptied out unit and moved to another place in the area who has treated us with the upmost respect. We left because Cathy is never in her office anyway and gave such poor customer service. Why didn't she mention the red lock when we spoke earlier in the day or that there was an issue with my debit card? When I mentioned that to her, she said she doesn't notify anyone until they are two months late. Ridiculous way to run your business. Good-bye.
