Peter S. | Overall ExperienceGood units, great office manager(Pam). New ownership unfortunately took over and hiked the outdoor storage cost 2x in one year. Went from paying $27 to $100/month in matter of about 9 months. Owner stated it was due to inflation and basically said to all tenants that they could raise price because that was the cost now and there were no other units available anywhere in Howell, MI. . I literally made one phone call to another storage facility 6 miles away and now pay $40 for the same unit there. In conclusion, good location, greedy owners. Do your research and make sure you aren't getting taken to the cleaners before your rent anywhere.
