Not all staff were helpful or even seemed to be professional. I rented a truck from this location and the first experience was satisfactory, the second experience was trash. New employees seem lazy and not professional - don't greet you when you walk in, act like they don't see you or don't want to help you, etc. With prices increasing every few months, I'd expect the service to match it. This apparently is too much to ask.
