The employee was very thorough about what not to do and what not to store in the unit but was not specific about the storage unit itself. The unit was 10x7.5. I was not made aware that it was a small door opening (the size of a typical front door entrance) the item that would be stored there would have needed a wider entrance (garage items like a oversized carpentry work bench and air compressor) I loaded up my trailer on a Sunday evening and made my way to the storage for this first time and could not offload. The trailer had to be rented another day because of this. I didn’t even open the unit at all and was still not granted a refund. $70 for something I never used at all. My advise, ask questions because they will not be specific with you. They only get specific when it pertains to them not what’s needed by the customer.
