SUMMER W | First ImpressionsThe young guy that was working that morning I was there is excellent and friendly. But the lady has an attitude and it was very hard to deal and communicate with her. She will cut you off while talking. HARD TO DEAL WITH and rude . She won’t make it!
Omar A | First ImpressionsStaff was very friendly and helpful - they made sure I understood the layout of the building, where my storage unit was located and how the access codes worked. Very impressed with their customer service. The carts that are provided were a huge help in unloading our truck. My only drawback is I didn’t know the storage units were only 6 feet tall until I arrived. The website didn’t specify height so to find that out after the fact was disappointing.

Byron P | Overall ExperienceFor a majority of my experience, the automatic lights would rarely turn on unless I jumped up and down continuously for about five minutes waving my hands frantically. While this might not seem like the end of the world to most, being a woman and going to this facility alone always made me feel unsafe. I would never go there after 5pm by myself. The rat problem was also disgusting and one of the main reasons why I moved out. To deal with that and then have U-Haul increase the rental fees was pretty ridiculous. To still see rat droppings on the floor of my unit and around but have to pay more each month pretty much sealed the deal for me.
Shelyce F | Overall ExperienceCould not use the automatic double doors during move-in because it was after-hours, which made the mive-in more difficult than it shud have been. Also, got the wrong advice on storage size; had yo increase the size after seeing the unit itself.
