My only issue, and this is no reflection on Uhaul, is there was another person at the facility who had his entire unit unloaded in the aisle and it made getting to my unit a hassle.

Anytime I needed help Nick was always there to help me and even guide me with a temporary solution to a problem. He made my experience there a great one and spent a good amount of time assisting me and never once did he make me feel like I was a bother, which is different than my experiences with other Uhauls near my home. He was knowledgeable and patient and always made me feel like I could go to him for help/questions I had. He is what made my experience a good one. He’s extremely kind and easy to talk to. I would rent again from this location if I was closer solely on the fact that he had top notch customer service and he never made me feel dumb when I didn’t understand something. I hope to rent from you guys if I move up to Greenbay but for now I had a great experience with you guys. Thank you.
