The access is not easy.

peter d | Overall ExperienceThe limitation on hours of access, the external loading bays and cumbersome faclity entrance/exit procedures are why I did not give the facility 5 stars. These are all company related, not a reflection on the staff at the facility itself.

Amadou T | Overall ExperienceThe locker I had rented was in a poorly lit area of the hall. I had to prop a flashlight against the wall in order to see while I was moving out. I think this is mostly due to its location near the emergency exit door, as in the past, I have always found the hallway lights to be enough to see inside the units.
