Manager was awfully RUDE, the store seems cluttered and there were mice in the unit. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!

Rosalind A. | Overall ExperienceBetween renting a truck through U-Haul and being stuck on the side of the road for over 2 hours. Then to arriving at the storage facility being told nasty there was no room for us and we could not leave the auto transport there even though on my contact it stated that. Then to finding out we had 2 storage units at the end when we crammed everything in one unit. We had broken dishes as well as being overcharged. It has been a disaster using U-Haul and the U-Haul on Mechanical Blvd in Garner was the worst. The employees were rude nasty did not communicate for nothing. So I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone. We were very disappointed we did a big move coming from NJ to NC and it was an issue from start to finish. Even after I checked out of the storage unit they still tried to charge my card for August payment when we moved out in July. It is awful.
