dena m | First ImpressionsMy Unit has water damage from top to bottom always when it rains ,I thought I would be ok walking on the floor. I went in to get some things on 30th of August 2023. As I turned to leave my leg was going through the floor up stairs in my Unit. I grabbed for the ladder to get me out.
VALERIE B | Overall ExperienceI was assigned a storage unit online that was not empty or available. The door was locked and I had to walk 1/4 mile to the office to get an employee to unlock the door. She dis and we found other's belongings inside. We had to walk 1/4 mile back to the office to find an available unit. The 1/4 mile back to.oir vehicle to relocate to the new unit. The new unit had a malfunctioning slide mechanism that required a hammer to open and close. The online move in process is broken and cost me time and a lot of extra steps.
