I’m not sure how I put a claim in but I had insurance on my stuff , but my couches have mildew all over them and a lot of my stuff has been infested with mice. I did not store any food just clothing and furniture.

David Haefele | Overall ExperienceMy unit roof started caving in and leaked and caused a lot of damage to my property and I am getting a run around to get insurance at UHAUL to cover it. You are asking for original receipts for my property. I don’t think one box of my paper work is any good and is filled with mildew which I cannot touch because I am allergic. My daughter tried going though it and got sick. Nothing I saw is readable anyway. I have no receipts for it now if they were in there. Many boxes of stuff had to be thrown away that we didn’t even take pictures of because it was reasonable to replace like towels and wash cloths, clothing, shoes ect. So not coving what we ask for is awful.

I actually moved out on May 3 and did my move out on the app. The following day I dropped off my gate key. I still received 2 nasty late payment letters and a phone call even though I have moved out according to their instructions.
Erin James | Overall ExperienceHad mouse dropping all over my things, mostly my bed and box spring.. tried to contact manger, been almost a week and heard nothing back.. did a claim through u-haul insurance and not once did anyone apologize for what happened.. just wanted to know the cost value and had to have pictures of everything. When you are moving everything in one day and having that kind of stress of opening your unit to that it was awful. Just would have like some kind of acknowledgment of their wrong doing. Do not recommend at all.

barbara hennings | Overall ExperienceUtilized a storage unit for 2 months. Convenient location and well lit. Hours of operation made moving in and out convenient with the 24 hour access. Upon move out, all of my belongings were covered in mouse feces and urine. Furniture and boxes filled. I moved out before my required move out date which included turning in all of my equipment. The associate working took all the equipment and said someone will confirm the unit is clean that day then close my account. That never happened but the associate who reached out was able to clear everything up with no hassle.
