JORGE MOLINA | First ImpressionsI have been a very loyal customer for over 12 Years of which the first 9 were great. The facility is just fine with some Black windows spiders. Welcome to the desert. Lucy came as a new manager and that's when I started having trouble getting ahold of her, on hold for huge waits to find out she put me on hold then went to fill people's propane. My Grandfather clause somehow ended and then payment was required 20 months in advance. In January this year they wanted me to pay for next year even though I was paid up to October of 2024. From that day on I decided not to further help there company as they would not listen to what I thought would be an easy fix. Sorry it ended this way after so much loyalty, I guess the customer doesn't really matter to them.

David Standfast | Overall ExperienceI reserved everything online, uploaded my picture and ID because I needed to pick up the truck before UHaul opened. Arrived at 8 am, got on the app to get my access codes for the keys to the truck. It required me to upload all my info, pictures, CC info and such again and reception wasn't great. Fortunately, the employee was there early cleaning and was able to assist me. When we returned with the truck to unload the items into our storage unit, the gate was up. I didn't realize that I would still need to enter my code for an open gate so access was denied to get into the building. I had to walk back and enter my code. Another customer was the one that told me why it wasn't working. It's also very inconvenient to have to keep punching in the door code to the building when youre carrying furniture. When it was time to return the truck, we had to wait a while because only one employee was working. He was having to handle propane refills, truck checkin and return, storage unit questions-everything. To top it off, the receipt left in my storage unit had prices listed on it and the price for the 10x5 unit we rented was listed as $84.95 but online I had to pay $94.95.
