Even though it was free for the first month, our unit was so far from the entrance door, plus broken alarm system and ongoing alarms were unbearable. Once we finally figured out how to get in the facility and located our unit, we got back in our vehicle and left. It would've been helpful if we had drive-up access that we were expecting to unload our trailer, like every other storage unit we had.

I knew it was towed because the tow company sent me a registered letter. This cost me$1400. I think my lawyer fees will be included to this soon. I will not drop this.
