I had a unit here for over ten years. In that time my payment went from $99/month to $192/month. Customer service was always fine, but I don't know how they justify a 100% increase in cost.

The property has always been well maintained, the staff accessible and friendly, and we have always felt safe. The location is fully fenced and gated. The hours of operation are convenient. My biggest compliment is the safety factor - never once I have felt uncomfortable or concerned about my safety. We often visit the space after dark and safety is very important to us.
