Although my actual storage unit was clean and well maintained, the pea gravel outside of it was full of broken glass and felt I had to be extra careful of debris in it. The only reason for not giving an excellent review.

One phone call to set up lease and the rest conveniently via text and email. Perfect to store college daughter's things between apartment leases. Even sold us a circle lock that was waiting in the unit. Will use Vince again if/when we have a storage need in the area.
