Pamela P | Overall ExperienceI gave 2 weeks notice to the female at the front desk, i was given an invoice that my rent was due for the following month . I moved out 2 days before my agreement was over NOT 3 days after. The north part of the facility was full of clothes, boxes etc that were spread all over. When u give your notice TELL the employee to send u an email to ensure they received your notice, which should be part of her job description , as well as checking the locker on the move out date to actually see my lock was removed and the locker was empty on the 13th NOT the 18th.

The only thing I found to be an issue is no fence surrounding the storage area and is open to the trucking lot on the Westside. Did not give me the secure feeling I was looking for. Other than that everything was awesome.
