Ernest A | Overall ExperienceElevator was out on several occasions for multiple days and manager was not sympathetic at all. One time the elevator was out for weeks “waiting on a part”. Had to move furniture up the stairs, with a turn. On one occasion my code did not work but they couldn’t explain why and just added me back on the system. Rent has gone up about every six months. Not worth it for the problems. Glad to be done with this one.
DOUGLAS H | Overall ExperienceLeak in storage unit was reported several times until finally fixed. That is the only reason I would not recommend it. A lot of things got damaged. I am submitting an insurance claim and did email the pictures of damaged items to Director of Operations Jaimi Carbajal.

The greedy owners took every opportunity to jack the monthly rental fees. I will never, ever, ever rent anything from this company again.

Kristen C | ReservationI called to rent a storage an needed that evening was told by two different people this was possible so I signed contract online they took my cc information gave me gate code everything as planned until I got to facility and could not get in. Three calls later was told because it was after 5 I had to wait till next business day to get in. Was told someone would call me back that evening I still have not received a call back. Asking for refund will have to wait for that VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE.
