One change: U-Haul Street complex to be Paved either with cement or tar or anything. ✔️ I did not 🚫 like the dirt with gravel driveway's. When it rained 🌧️ there are puddles of 🌊 water. Customer service 🙏 is great! 😃 Thank you 👍

Stephanie Y | First ImpressionsThe only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that I moved from the facility on Oct 15th. I was told that I wouldn’t received a partial refund for the remainder of October. We left the unit clean and swept, and I know there’s a waiting list in Cottonwood. That U-Haul will be getting another’s rent for those remaining 2 weeks. That’s not really fair to charge rent when we’re not there.
