MARY P | First ImpressionsThe woman at counter believe her name was Deidra gave all kinds of attitude when I rented a U-Haul and then I went back and rented this unit and wasn’t informed that the unit was supposed to be free because I rented the truck so I paid for a unit there was no lock in my unit she threw a fit because it was part of my contract that there be a lock
James G | Online Move InI am not sure who the customer service rep was that helped me on 12/29/23 evening roughly between 3:30-5PM, but she went beyond what I had expected, which is why I rated my experience so high. I was having some issues with accessing the building, so I had to keep bothering her (my words, not hers) and each time she explained in clear details what to do, and this was much appreciated because at this point I was going to leave and come back another day! Thank you for everything. Blessings!
