First of they kept trying to charge me twice each month. Then after getting paid every month before time the tried to say i was behind and locked my unit. I called 4 times to get into my unit. Once i got in on the 3rd of june i called and told them i was emptying my unit on June 3rd. In July they tried to charge me for the unit even though they were told it was empty on June 3rd. The do not reform phone calls. You can't ever speak with anyone in person. They raise your rate without telling you. Double charge you and charge you even after you have removed your stuff. DON'T RECOMMEND EVEN TO WORST ENEMY.
