gary b | Overall ExperienceThe facility was well maintained and the staff was friendly. I chose an average rating due in part to two reasons. One is my ignorance in how other storage facilities operate, and two is the cost of the storsge unit increasing consistently over time. Price wise; based solely on other advertisements i have seen it was steadily increasing above the others over time however the staff never caused me any trouble and always were friendly when i spoke to them.

Karen H | Overall ExperienceDisappointed that none of the coupons you offered were accepted. I rented a 4x4x4 and the coupon did not have any exceptions on it. When I got there, they said I couldn't use it on that size. Then when I wanted to the larger 10 x 25 for all my stuff to move into, I brought the coupon and the gal said it was only for the 10 x 30. It never said it on there. For me, that was a bait and switch tactic, which is a lack of integrity. So I moved my stuff out and now it's in Spring Hill for even cheaper than you offer by $70 per month. I guess I was suppose to go there. Thanks

Access to my inside unit was easy and secure behind a gate where I entered my code. I needed to enter my code to access the building. Inside the lights would go on as you were detected. I would definitely recommend this facility.
