They did not have anything prepared. I went through the steps online and they still had me take 45 minutes in store. The dulley was also not available when. So I had to leave some of my appliances which was very inconvenient. This was a very frustrating process and I expected it to be way easier. No steps to follow just handed me the keys in my hand.
DEIZHA G | Online Move InAdvertise certain deals but when you get to the location the deal is said it’s not for their location. Staff friendly but wasn’t helpful when it came to correcting certain issues that was caused in their end.
THOMASINA R | Overall ExperienceA bit hard to find. No one ever bothered to message me back. It took weeks to get a move out approval and they still tried charging me for another month.
SHAE S | Overall ExperienceAlthough my storage location was clean, well lit and secure. The manager at this location is not helpful and when giving information from staff on downsizing my unit and getting a refund which is what was expected. They ended up stating I was no receiving a refund like told, therefore I moved out early and they kept my money. The girl in the office did not k ow how to switch my account so closed one and made a new account. All around misleading information and poor customer service.

JOHN M | First ImpressionsThe Change in management from 2021 made a significant improvement for service. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility is clean and conveniently accessible to get to. The only concern I see are needing more parking spaces. But overall, one of the best facilities U-Haul has in Columbia. Thank you for all you do to make your customers feel appreciated and satisfied.
