They really helped me out. Had already purchased a unit, but it was to small. I was able to get another unit with no problem.
Chris M | First ImpressionsThis U-Haul facility was great but the locations I used in South Carolina to rent the equipment to come up to Virginia were absolutely awful, sent me to three separate locations to get a truck I reserved days prior, so unorganized and slow it was an absolute nightmare. As well as the truck I was given had multiple issues with the ramp and I almost broke my foot when the ramp pulled out too far and did not have a safety precaution to prevent this. Would never recommend U-Haul again and wish I could go back in time and go with another company.
Josh P | First ImpressionsI have always had public storage over the years and switched to uhaul. Best place ever to get storage. It was clean and it didn't smell old and moldy like some. And the best part is they don't constantly raise your rent! Will never get storage from anyone but uhaul!
