Distance to walk with items was very far and there are bricks and uneven flooring that make pushing items on the dolly or pushbcarts difficult because they fall off. Staff at this location is always very helpful. Lillian was amazing and so was Scott I believe he is the manager.

And I always get a hold of them and needed to call the general manager never could get a hold of him left messages after messages and never phone calls returned and no notification about my stuff being sold before it being sold thing I never called when I called several times and had everything documented

the large door not opening after hours was a bit of an issue and delayed my move costing me more money. All staff were friendly and helpful, but overall the cost of the move and troubles could have been saved by hiring a moving company
