MARK T. | Overall ExperienceThe 2 old men that run the facility dot no witch end is up! Got a 10 x 10 no problem. Needed a 10 x 20 for the rest of my furniture. Was told I was on the list...then miraculously we were told I could get the next 10 x20. The next day I checked in & I'm know where to be found on the list! THE LIST IS KEPT ON A PAD. in this day and age you would think that technology would be there to help these old men who can't even communicate better. I paid more & moved across the street.

The access to our unit was very straightforward in that there were no locked gates that we had to negotiate, and yet the unit was fully secured at all times.
