SHARQUITA O | Overall ExperienceI sent multiple emails to try and resolve issues with the storage unit dating back to last fall. None were returned. I called multiple times. No calls made it to anyone local, all were redirected to the central office. Notes were left on my account to get in touch with me to discuss damage to the contents of my storage unit. I was never called. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to my worst enemy. I see that you ask me to try to reach out to the local facility to resolve disputes. I'd love to, but I've been doing that for months with no response. I am done and happy to be.
