The check out staff was being disrespectful as I was checking out my storage unit. I wish I had better staff with communication skills and who knows the meaning of working with people and acknowledging the fact that we spend our money to get service the professional way. It the two young females did t want to work on the Sunday they could have stay home I mean it I do t know what’s going on with the staff hiring process but please step up as recommended.

christina c | First ImpressionsWhen I went to complete the move-in paperwork I was treated horrible! Francia Guzman was so annoyed during the whole process she treated me like I was nothing. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude the whole time. I felt so stupid and even wanted to cry. I went in at 6pm she looked at her watch and that’s when her whole attitude changed.
