The only comment I have is that when I rented a truck to empty my unit I was not informed that the smallest truck, which is what I wanted, did not have a ramp. Since I was moving a piano a ramp was really what I needed. Had I been informed of that I would have opted for the truck with a ramp. Perhaps you could place a sign that says “10’ truck does not include ramp”. However, I was very pleased with my overall experience.
