I rented a storage unit at Ozark Storage Unit for the past few years and always found the owner and staff to be helpful whenever I needed help. I found the rental cost to be fair and the facilities secure, but convenient to access.

Phillip K | Overall ExperienceWhen we signed up I asked to pay for 3 months. The lady said she over charged me so she extended it out to one year. I didn't see a problem with it at the time and she never said I couldn't get a refund if I moved out early. I moved out after 3 months and asked for a refund, which she said it wasn't refundable. Very disappointed and I feel cheated.
