All of a sudden the price changed and the discounts I was receiving before were gone which led me to moving out and going with Extra Space Storage for the same size unit but $85 cheaper.
Daniel A | Overall ExperienceThis facility was great I ended up there because Piedmont facility gave my reservation away 5/23 the manager said it was on a first come first serve basis, though I reserved weeks in advance and called twice to confirm I did that because I was coming from out of town… Piedmont was conveniently located across the street from my apartment and didn’t care that I had to pay extra to the movers to take me way further than planned, when I was told it was given away I then had to ask them to help me find another UhAul because i was not familiar with the area. This UhAul though very nice I ended up paying more because the size i reserved was not available. So beware because your reservation could be given away.

KEN K | Overall ExperienceWhile the units themselves were to standard, I never had a nice time while interacting with staff. They made me feel like an inconvenience for simply asking questions about their storage units and hitches. They couldn’t answer questions about the products hanging on their shelves, which is fine because they don’t know what they don’t know, but they didn’t make an effort to help me figure out what I needed. They also spoke poorly about another customer that they had just assisted after the person walked out of the store while I was standing right in front of them, which was unprofessional. Could tell they did not want to be there but I also didn’t make them take that job so I wish staff were kinder and more helpful.
