I canceled this due to not being able to get in touch with anyone on what unit to use. Hours showed 8-5. But yet nobody was available at 2, 3, or 4 o’clock when I needed it to move stuff in. I went to another storage unit. Please do not charge my card for this.

Rick C | Overall ExperienceVery little to no security. The storage buildings have a fence around them. But gates are left open most, if not all of the time. Multiple break ins. Nothing could be done for those whose stuff was stolen. Arab city police was unable to do anything either. I think the people running this business did the best they could. But at the end of the day nothing could be done. I do not recommend storing your stuff here. If you do not care if your stuff is stolen then go ahead.
William a | Overall ExperienceThe storage units are in need of repair, the drive is in disrepair and turn around horrible. By having the store front on 231 with units behind it, you assume that's what your getting. That is not the case, would not recommend!
