Neph and his team were incredibly helpful, prompt in service, and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend this location. Return of my truck and rental of on-site storage was very easy. Great customer service!

When I rented the outdoor space here I was told they had security cameras. Someone stole my trolling motor, fishing rods and tackle. About $1000 lost. When I reported the theft it took three weeks for the manager to tell me their office couldn’t see my boat on their cameras but they had a few more to check. A week or so later I was told nothing was seen on those cameras either. Three times I ask for a different parking spot with no results.

Door was broken and couldn’t raise all the way up.they said they would get that fixed but never did.

I have rented several times with this UHaul facility...storage units, trucks, equipment and supplied. Always a great experience.

I was very frustrated 2 x with U Haul etc.. I’ still purchase a Unit Space.

I had two units and one of them got broken into, so I filed a police report and one of the staff members made a comment that they (the thieves) didn't get away with much (how would the staff know what's in my units?) and that she has worked for over 9 years and she has never heard of nor seen anyone ever get their unit broken into the whole 9 plus years that she has worked there, insinuating that I was lying about my valuables being stolen. Her attitude was so unprofessional and rude I'm surprised she made it passed 9 days working there much less 9 YEARS?!?! My unit was broken into on a Saturday and U-Haul didn't notify me until 9 days later! After all that B.S. they never helped me with filing a insurance claim on the stolen items< which totaled over $1700! I will NEVER use U Haul or recommend them to anyone ever again, U Haul is by far the worst storage company that I have ever used!

Neph went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was very knowledgeable on key information. His staff was also very nice and helpful. Linda was incredible. Made my move in experience very happy and my overall outlook on the new environment made me feel good about my decision to bring my family. Thank you all so very much, I will definitely be recommending. God bless
