They allowed the use of a dolly to empty the locker at no charge. The lock provided was extremely sturdy and it was a gift at the end of the rental. All around a great experience. Well done!

Very misleading because there were more like 12 or 15 steps to walk to get to the unit. Not acceptable when you are dealing with the elderly! Period!
