The Facility in Alton was great I didn't get a storage that was closer to the outside door, but the young lady at the Alton facility on the morning I visit was great in explain everything about the storage and showing me around.

Didn't hook up my trailer or lights failed to tell me that I needed the ball and other accessories to hook the trailer failed to tell me that my car didn't have the strength to pull the trailer before renting it
