Upon arrival the property was clean, well maintained, and appeared professionally kept. I went inside for a brief explanation of accessing the facility and finding my storage unit. The staff was excellent and gave me a map directly to my storage unit, explaining everything in sufficient detail. Thank you for such a professional, helpful experience.

Evelyn K | Overall ExperienceI am NOT very happy that I leave work early to rent a storage unit on March 18, 2024, only to get a call on March 20, 2024 assuming if I moved out of the unit. When I called back, I find they had canceled my unit . I had to go thru and redo paperwork, while I was working. So they canceled without even talking to me. Just so happened I check messages that day. The green tag was in the door still showing I hadn’t even entered yet. I wasn’t moving stuff till Saturday. I was told because I didn’t put my lock on, that it showed I had moved out. Seriously? In and out in not even 48 hours? That just makes me worried now! Did I choose the right place to store my stuff?!?!?

Access and security is simple with the key pad option. Overall great rental experience and never worried if my possessions were safe. Thank you!
