Manuel CThe place Zukel sales where I got the trailer from the staff where very polite and helpful. Although the booking movers on the app was a pain because my card didn't go through for that but went through just fine for the u haul trailer. So I had to contact u- haul and find out what had happen to the movers because I haven't heard from anyone and I need the movers asap. But the one lady that I spoke with was very helpful and help connect me to someone to get the movers. Although I know you don't have movers on hand but maybe you should even have some as PRN to help with moving because your third party movers are not the best. I ended up with one that was suppose to have a good rating and the movers broke my chair and then when they arrived the person car was overheating and the fluids leak all over the driveway. And when we finely got the trailer loaded. We has to stop because there car overheated again. And the guy Steve from MORE HELP all he was worried about was me paying for another hour of service. which I should not had to pay because the guy was messing with his car when he first arrived and in-between packing and when it overheated again. I had to let the guys into my car to finish helping me unload. While the one guy was complaining about needed to take meds to help his knee because he has a bad knee. And when this job was booked they were told there are stairs. I ended up giving the guy some Tylenol and then I gave them both drinks because the have anything with them. Just not that good of customer service with all the issue and the guy just wanting more money for his guys to finish the job. He didn't even seem to care that the guys car was broke down at all.

shelly mDrop Off location was not FRIENDLY. Somewhat RUDE. I ask for drop*-off receipt. Was told we don't do that. No printer. We will email you a receipt to your email address. I ask......Do you have mt Email Address. "I don't know." He told me what to take trailer. Then said .....Are you going to back it in. With his attitude ..... I said NO.

Enrique TExcellent service. Everything went so smooth and fast. I checked not clean, but it was clean, but when we got the truck half way packed we noticed a deep slash in the back tire. Uhaul had it replaced at our home in 1 hour. I'll always recommend Uhaul.
Dorthy WThe location was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, this was not the original place I had planned to pick up. My experience during this transition from those above who I was working with at this location was absolutely horrible. They were not clear on how this transition would go, that instead of an in-person pick-up it was now a mobile pickup, that I needed the app. When I called at corporate they switched my pickup time to a whole hour later-which I did not authorize. Thank goodness for the staff at the Northern Ave location who were finally able to help me when they arrived to open the shop.
JOSEPH GI wouldn't change a thing. Other than the fact that you had the right thing at the right time which made my life a whole lot better at that moment . The service was impeccable , the abundance of hand made crafts was a nice touch and to top it off the food from the food truck is hands down some of the best food in town .
Gregory FApp didn't work at pickup - didn't recognize available truck. App didn't work at drop-off - didn't find current location OR upload photos of odometer/gas gauge. Inconvenience of app problems added 45 minutes on to U-haul experience time.
Randall JI have used U-Haul plenty of times moving around the country, but this was by far my best experience so far. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future needs, and will absolutely be referring this location.

The employee was very friendly, got me unhooked, but you could tell he was concerned about space.. not any recommendations for the next customer, the attendant is great, but uhaul could probably step up a little get some of those trailers transferred elsewhere..

Pat HThe man told me to leave once I got the keys. Which frankly why would anyone leave knowing we are risking any potential charges? I stayed until I knew I wasn't going to be charged even more for everything. I even called customer service because I will always be extra cautious.
Ruth MNot staffed 100% of the time but Steve answered the phone right away and was really helpful. I forgot to document odometer and such before I dropped the key and left a charger in the cab. Steve met me at the store and made sure I got my things and closed me out Five star service!
