Conversely, this is the worst drop off experience I've had. I call the place several times the previous day to arrange a time for drop off. They never answered the phone and had no voicemail. Their published hours were 10 AM to 5 PM. I showed at 10:45 and the place was all locked up. I called a couple times from their lot with the same result as the day before. Additionally, there was another couple there trying to rent a truck and were asking me if I knew when they opened. After a short period of time, they left. While I was able to check the trailer back in using the app, I prefer to confirm check in with a live human being, but was not able to do so here. I'll be renting another trailer next month and will arrange to drop it off at a different location.

The U-Haul equipment was fine but the location was fairly messy and unorganized. The cashier set up my one reservation under two separate contracts. Just not that great of service.

The owner forgot to include my appliance dolly and then still charged me for it even though w EDC agreed he wouldn't. Deplorable service.

this location was terrible. it was the back of a Vap shop. Bad neighborhood. I felt unsafe. The person behind the counter was obviously annoyed at having to come outside to receive the return. I had to go back inside to escort him out so I could complete the return. I would never go back there again.

Just stood in the Vapor Shop while salesperson checked vehicle and cleared us to leave. Surrounded by 'for tobacco use only' signs on bongs and other parphenalia....Interesting experience.

I had to go inside to get the key. It was supposed to be done all online due to Covid and yet I had to go inside. Then when I got the truck there were sunflower seeds on the floor board, numerous scrunched napkins around, the steering wheel was sticky and the light in the cargo bay didn't work. It was easily the worst U haul I've ever come across.

The worst Uhaul experience ever! I was rescheduled to a store 40 minutes away because of an error on uhaul.. Yet I was made to feel responsible for the inadequacy of this company. When I got there It took almost two hours to get the truck because the agent didn't know what he was doing.. i was double charged because they rebooked me for a two day 26 ft truck rental when I just needed 24 hours.. The customer service took everything personally when I tried to explain my experience Especially Kathy. She doesn't know how to treat people and the manager didn't do much better. He made me feel like I was on trial. However after speaking with the general manager I got $110 back but it was stressful. They made an already stressful move more stressful and I will never use uhaul services ever again. What I would suggest is to Train ur agents on soft skills and empathy it goes a long way to show that a customer is being heard and that their concerns truly matter. Instead y'all have a bunch of defendants.. defending themselves.. like they have something to prove.. it's ridiculous.. it's not about the agent.. it's about the customer!!! A customer doesn't understand ur systems and acronyms.. it's not a teaching moment to train the customer on how ur system works... just listen to the customer and fix the damn problem. Just that simple!
