The ignition cover was sitting in the centre console leaving the ignition exposed. Made it a pain for the key and also for starting the truck. Have to really step(both feet) onto the brake to get the key to turn enough to turn the truck on. Truck had garbage and and eyelash on the ground along with what looked like a pop spill all over the console and floor of truck. It was nasty. The gentleman I dealt with at the location was nice and helpful.Jessica C.
Equipment was in very poor repair and very dirty. Morning attendant attempted to overcharge. I would still use u haul if I needed to. They provide a service and are doing what they can with what they have.chris T.

First of the truck didn't have fuel, and truck was full of garbage bags and dust. i took it to gas station and filled $60 gas bcz the guy in the store said i will get credit. I drove 11 miles and $20 rentâ€¦ still got charged $50. The guy was like i over filled tank and can't get credit anymore. It was an awful experience.Ronak P.

The outside of the truck was fairly muddy when I picked up the truck which isn't that big of a deal to me. The windshield and headlights were covered in bugs that I had to take it to a gas station and clean it before I got on the road. The inside of the cab had garbage from the previous user. There was smoke butts in the cup holders and tobacco all over the dash it appeared that someone was rolling smokes in the truck, it was fairly disgusting but I needed the truck so I didn't complain and just took it.Brad S.

Rental parking lot not we'll maintains. Also did not have the specific furniture dolly we reservedshane B.
Gas was leaking. Given rental with only 1/8 tank gas and told we had to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Needs to be rented out with a full tank of gas so people don't waste time going to gas station both before and after moving. Rude worker.Michelle D.

Pickup location was horrible, dirty in the back, smelt like gas so badly all my belongings smelt like it by the time I reached my destination, steering wheel was not aligned and very sketchy, and to top it off when I picked the uhaul up it has 10$ worth of gas in it. 160$ right off the bat on my dime. Not to mention the guy there had no clue what he was doing. Overall worst experience, however I've had more good then bad with uhaul I just wanted to report this location as HORRIBLY run.Brandon D.

Guy behind the counter was amazing! Have the vehicles cleared of snow so the customer doesn't have to do it themselves with there own snow brush and have the parking lot plowed so that the trucks don't get stuck moving out of the spot they were parked when picked upCOLBY L.

I was trying to follow the online registration to make pick up quick but it was not clearly indicated I needed to Upload a photo of my drivers license (I put in my DL where asked and I got the impression that was all that was required), so there was extra time spent when I checked it out because the front desk person needed to take a picture of its front and back.CLARK R.
Trailer was not maintained. Trailer was in bad condition. Straps were in bad condition. The worker had no idea what he was doing when I reserved the trailer. He had no idea what to do when I returned the trailer. Bad first experience with uhaulSTEPHEN H.
Better customer service and better Maintainance of your equipmentâ€¦ the truck i was assigned was covered in snow If i booked online and they already know my pickup time. Vehicle should be clean and ready to be picked up And Moreover after i did my online check-in,, why i still had to wait there for 35 mins to do paperwork again with the cashierYashu P.
The initial worker to helped me get setup and into the rental was very good. The worker who was on duty when I returned the rental had no idea what to do and took an extremely long time to process the return. Windshield washer mechanism was broken so I was unable to clean my windshield. On most days this would not be an issue but the highway/streets were wet and dirty. Spray from vehicles was common and I was forced to stop at gas stations to use the squeegees there in order to safely travel.JASON C.

paid $100, was told it was a deposit because i paid cash and when i returned the truck i was charged another $35.58, fuel was at or above the level it was when i got it and i only used it for 13 miles when i said we would need it for 20, was told i would be re-embursed if the truck was brought back with less miles than what i needed, my friend gary painchaud went with me to drive the truck as i do not have a drivers licence, how can this be if the truck was supposed to be $19.95 per day plus .99/km, by my calculations it should have only cost me around $70 not $135.58GARY P.

The location was not aware of all of the problems that we had. There were some discounts that were given due to poor service. The truck had black grease on the floor that got on furniture. The vehicle smelt like gasoline in the cockpit.Josh L.

Front truck tire had wires sticking out of it. Had truck half loaded and they said we could switch trucks. Quite the hastle.....a lot of extra work bc Uhaul didnt check the tires.L B.

The wire harness was damaged and they took a second payment from my visa, I already paid 133.00 for online booking, then I get to zones and asked for credit card and double charge me a second payment of 147.63. That is 280.63 for a trailer one way. Not sure if I'll get my money back or not but I will contact the dispute line.Phil M.
Make sure equipment wiring is working. We tried two trailers and both had faulty writing. Attempted to contact uhaul in Saskatoon on Millar Avenue. We asked the dealer how much it would cost to rent a 6 x 12 to go from Saskatoon to Prince Albert one way. We were given a price of $500. The cost from Prince Albert return was $30. We were very shocked and pissed off by this outrageous price. U-Haul will now be a last resort for us to use knowing that your dealers are ripping off customers in this manner. This is very poor business practice and we will be sure to let everyone we know what kinds of rip off artists are running your dealerships.G L.

Very unimpressed! There was no indication that if I didn't estimate enough km to be driven that there would be a charge for each km driven over that. Had I knows that I wouldn't have indicated a larger amount but didn't think a few extra Km would matter. Definitely will not be recommending to any friends or family.Kyle W.

Tire was bald on first trailer they wanted to give me, i said i didnt want it but they said not to worry about the tire just call the number if u have a problem(like i want to sit on side of road to wait for a tire to come). But luckily for me the wiring was also tore apart for lights so he was smart enough to realize i cant take that trailer. The rest of the 5x8 trailers werent accessible burried in the snow. So he let me take a 6x12 trailer for the same price. The signal lights worked on it but the running lights did not. They should do actual inspections and test lights before hand on the trailers. Create a list of which onces are functional and accessible on the property.Shawn K.

I booked a 26 foot truck and was told 2 days before moving day there was only a 15 foot truck available. When i went to pick up a truck there was a 26 foot truck sitting in the yard. And was still there when i dropped of the truck. Overall not happy with being told the truck inwanted wasn't available when there indeed was one available.CODY F.

Would it be possible to have the truck have a full tank of fuel when picked up and then the customers would bring it back with a full tank. I think it would be better than trying to put fuel between a 1/4 and 1/2 tank.ROBERT S.
We were told by someone on phone to drop off at a different location as the located address was not open any longer. Upon dropping off the new address was closed due to covid and the original address was open. Calling the 1 800 number was enough to anger a person as the scheduling female was extremely rude!Robin S.
I booked a trailer for 800 pm. went to pick it up and was told to come back the next day to pick it up before 700 am. had to prove and show that my reservation was for 800 at that location. the website wasn't available at that time or something like that and took very long time for the employee to use his cell phone to complete reservation. overall getting the trailer was a huge hassle and very inconvenient. if there was another u haul dealer I could have used I would have. employee never even made sure I hooked up correctly or check the lights on the trailer. I would guess that's something he should have done for his due diligence. I've rented from here before and it was a hassle. other locations are nowhere near this difficult or inconvenientNathaniel P.
